Hi - this is the candid conservative with today's candid minute...
Two things related to President Obama happened on August 4th - one was thoroughly covered by the major networks - the other ignored. August 4th was PBO's 49th birthday. Diane Sawyer and other press elite gushed accordingly. August 4th was also the day that the people of Missouri went to the polls. By a 71 to 29% majority, they made theirs the first state to overwhelming rebuke the Obama administration's intrusions on their health care liberties. Missouri's license plates define their unique status as the "show me state". These folks have a reputation for being skeptical about the hollow potentials of words - preferring to see real deal versus hearing a sales pitch. Behind that informal motto rests an official one offering an even firmer message - 'Let the welfare of the people be the supreme law...' On Obama's birthday, Missouri joined Arizona and other states resisting the growing Obamanation of Federal tyranny. It wasn't a good birthday present for our President. It was a powerful statement on who is going to run America...
I'm Dr. Carl Mumpower and you've just spent a minute with a candid conservative...
