Hi - this is the candid conservative with today's candid minute...

Well, those crafty Democrats have done it again.  Following up on Obama's award winning campaign logo, they've crafted another winner with the "the Republicans put us in the ditch campaign".  By now you've probably heard one liberal Democrat or the other talk about how America should not give the car keys back to the party that put us in the ditch to begin with.  Though it's a great soundbite, it's sort of like having a bank robber pretending to be less of a crook than a car thief.  The crowd that brought us Charlie Rangel, Christopher Dodd, Barney Frank, and Maxine Waters are shameless in practicing the power politics of seduction, graft, and deception.  Though Republicans have not lived up to their promises and principles, at least those promises and principles speak to restraint.  Democrats are brazenly devoted to growing government, transferring wealth, and robbing our pockets to fill others of their choosing.  Republicons clearly helped drive America into a ditch.  Giving Obama and company continued power will assure we stay there...
